Fab holiday, great location. Lovely hotel just needs a little updating.
Good reception, clean rooms, water aerobics were fun as were the staff. Plenty of good food choices.location is great Santa Ponsa is lively with a great long sandy beach plenty of bars and restaurants,roof terrace has great views. Large pool and con my large beds!
A few odd cockroaches in the food hall but they were quickly dealt with and probably somewhat unavoidable. Bar ques were terrible felt sorry for the staff but one time qued for mins. Stage a bit tired, towels and sun beds worn and jacuzzi broken and old. Hotel lovely just needs a bit of an update.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking and the towels needed to be changed more often.

Ran out of towels, can’t take drinks from the restaurant and no drinks to the room ( a single parent with a 9 year old not ideal) , no floats , some grumpy staff

Overall we really enjoyed our stay never use half board and use it evernight but in this hotel we did it was superb . Wi
Loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness around the hotel the location was great .
Some areas of the hotel was very tired the rooms and balcony’s could do with an update . And the pool area is far too crowded with beds your literally sunbathing on top of one another but at least they have plenty of beds !!
